Dog Carrier – emergency harness for old, paralyzed or operated dogs
SIZE: M-L or from about 15kg to 40kg weight
First, measure your dog. It is important to note that these are external dimensions.
This means that you measure from the outermost points of your dog’s legs!
WIDTH – Minimum distance between the left front or rear leg and the right front or rear leg: 16 cm as well
LENGTH – minimum distance front leg to rear leg 28cm
WIDTH – Maximum distance between the left front or rear leg and the right front or rear leg: 28cm as well
LENGTH – Maximum distance front leg to rear leg 46cm
Note: This rather dog carrier or harness cannot be worn permanently and is suitable for dogs that can no longer walk and therefore have to be carried up stairs, for example. If the dog needs to be supported for a longer period of time (for example to go for a walk), this harness is the wrong product. This harness is only for carrying, it cannot stay on the dog as it is completely rigid and the dog has to get in with all four paws, which is a bit cumbersome. That is why we actually only recommend the harness for paralyzed or similarly impaired dogs. For everyone else, a normal auxiliary harness with a firm handle is usually sufficient to hold the dog securely on the stairs, to guide it and to lift it very easily and thus take some weight off its paws.
