Product informations for dog-backpacks for carrying dogs.

This dog-backpack is the result of two years of intensive work with backpack-developers, a vet and other different advisors.

Moreover we gained a lot of experience since our first sale in spring 2014 and we are very thankful for our customers who helped us to develop and improve our products.

The safety of the dog and the quality of our product is the most important aspect for us.

The back-part of our backpacks is produced by a German high-quality brand from the backpack industry.

The front-part of our backpack is also produced by the already mentioned high quality company, but we developed it by ourselfs.

We don´t mention the name of the company, because we would have to pay a license charge which would make our backpacks more expensive. But we mention that we work together with a high quality brand to make sure our customers know that we have a high quality product.

Additionally we are working on an own backpack -and raincoatproduction sind 2018.

In the following we will explain the different sizes of our dog-backpacks

MINI – dog-backpack for carrying dogs up to a weight of six kilogram

The weight is not the main point to decide which backpack to buy, but six to seven kilograms should be the limit regarding this size of our backpack.

The buy-decision is also influenced by the wearing comfort.

When the dogs weight is above six kilograms size SMALL or SMALL SLIM should be used to guarantee the wearing comfort

The maximal back length of the dog should not cross 30cm when using the MINI sized backpack.

The MINI and the SMALL or SMALL SLIM backpacks can be worn on the back or on the chest.

If you can wear the BIG or BIG SLIM backpack on back and chest aswell depends on the own body height of the customer.

When the body height is round about 175cm the above mentioned size of the backpack might reach your chin, because of the backpacks length.

For people with a body height around 175cm carrying the backpack on the chest might be only possible for shorter time periods.

SMALL / SMALL SLIM Dog Carrier Backpack for carrying dogs up to a weight of ten kilogram

Backpack to carry dogs of 5-10 kg

Similar to the BIG / BIG SLIM backpacks the weight is not the most important aspect as well. But we recommend to set the limit at 10 kilogram for this backpack, because of the wearing comfort.

When the weight of the dog is only nine kilogram the wearing comfort is higher.

The maximal back length of the dog should not cross 40cm for the SMALL and 43cm for the SMALL SLIM dog-backpack.

BIG, BIG SLIM, BIG SLIM T4 – Dog Carrier backpacks for dogs with a weight up to 16 kilogram

We would give the same recommendations for this backpack as for the other sizes:

The weight is not the main criteria, we even have dogs as our customers that weight up to 24 kilogram (for example bulldogs) and they fit in our backpack (BIG size).

A more important point would be the dimensions of the dog. For example a slimmer dog has the same back length as a bigger dog, but there are significant differences regarding the weight. That is the reason why the weight scale is only meant to help as an orientation.

When the dogs back is not longer then 53cm (measured from the tail root to the neck where the dog usually wears its neckband) it will easily fit in size BIG even when the dog weights 17 kilogram or more.

XXL regular / XXL SLIM Dog Carrier backpack is for dogs with a weight up to 30 kilogram

With our biggest backpack size we offer the biggest backpack for carrying dogs worldwide.

But we would recommend to see 30 kilogram and 67cm back length as a limit for this size.
